  • The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is an electronic display of homes for sale listed in the MLS. Your home will appear in this Exchange.
  • E-mail Updates – Some website feature an automated MLS search for clients who are seeking properties. They can initiate their search on some sites and receive emails daily with listings that meet their criteria. You home will be featured in these services were applicable.
